When installing Pixelfed I ran into a "Missing UNIX domain socket path" error because the docs specified updating the
REDIS_HOSTenvironment variable to the socket path, but my installation was using Predis by default and uses theREDIS_PATHvariable instead. This updates the docs to avoid the confusion and addresses issue #121.
